Community

Since the business was founded in Tavistock in 1971, Mansbridge Balment has actively supported the communities in which it operates.  Ultimately, it is the community that supports us and we firmly believe that you get back what you give.

Many of our staff actively help with local charities, causes, clubs and initiatives.  Recently we have helped to raise funds for Children’s Hospice South West, St Luke’s Hospice, Polzeath Surf Life Saving Club and been actively involved with numerous schools and sports clubs including Whitchurch Wayfarers Cricket Club, Tavistock Athletics Club (joint sponsors of both the Tavy7 and Tavy13), and have supported and participated in the Plymouth 10k and Plymouth Half Marathon.  Through our associations with local Primary Schools, we have been involved in the supplying of Kwik Cricket sets, which enable youngsters to enjoy this wonderful sport in a safe and fun way.
